Documents & Info for Camp
This page contains all the information you will need to get ready for camp.
Our parent letters contain information about drop off and pick up, what to expect during the week of camp, tips to help your child have a successful week at camp, and more.
We also have a packing list specific to each camper group. Please review the packing list even if you are a returning camper.

Health Forms
We have two health forms that must be completed before camp. The Health History form is online and must be completed before May 15th. Click here to fill out this form.
Download the Physician Health Form and have it filled out by your child’s doctor. You will need to turn the form in when you drop your child off at camp.
If your child has a food allergy and requires food accommodations, make sure your physician fills that information out on the Health Physical Form. Camp Agape will only provide food alternatives if required by a physician and notified two weeks before camp.
Don’t Miss Important Messages!
Sign up for our Remind parents’ group. We will send out announcements, info and changes (if needed) before and during camp by using the Remind app/message system. You can also click the link below to add yourself to the group.

Scholarship & Donation Fundraising Ideas
Churches, do you need to help your camper families pay for the camp fees, but you need some fundraising ideas? We have put together a list of fundraisers some of our Camp Agape churches have used over the years to raise money for camp.
Our fees have risen this year due to the increased operating costs at FRCC. Donations are greatly appreciated to help us continue Camp Agape.
